i am trying to reach TV a number of ways so i can resolve this and post an ad asap

so please forgive me for my urgency

recently i got an ad update and it showed me all my ads but NOW a day or two later i see all my ads are gone and i am not allowed to 'add new ads'

why please?

can we resolve this straight away please and allow me to post and if possible retrieve my old ads?

please note i use separate accounts for forums and classified ads for personal reasons but that never was a problem or issue

nor should it be, correct? as i don't use one account for any other purpose

i do not consider myself an abusive poster or user or over user nor did i get any warnings

OK let's get this straight:-

You have two Thaivisa usernames (read the rules)

You don't let us know:-

a. What user posted the ads

or

b. What the ads were for (link would be handy even if the ads are gone).

And we are supposed to help?

Do email support, but at least give them a clue or two

Don't forget, these ads are FREE.
