Soutpeel Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Sean is pivotal in this case, as ive stated previously its strange that he has just disappeared off of the face of the earth. Maybe he fears for his life? Maybe he fears for the welfare of his friends who are still on the Island? Who knows? What we do know is that one day he will have to tell everyone what happened on that terrible night. I hope he can come forward before the lives of 2 more people involved in this fiasco are lost. SEAN! if your reading this go and speak to someone in the press and tell them what happened, your silence is deafening, come forward and do the right thing and end this speculation one way or another. If Sean came back to Thailand he'd be the scapegoat. If he revealed where he is now Thai police could extradite him as a witness or suspect in the murder case. He's staying low cause you would do the same in his circumstances. Thailand, fair trail don't go together. Sean is s hiding for a big reason to stay free. Stop talking poop, Thailand cannot extradite him, he hasn't been convicted of anything, or is under any charges or suspision of aything and besides even if they could all he has to say if he goes back his life is in danger, no western country assuming that's were his is will allow it, further, if the RTP tried to start proceedings, a lawyer could keep this extradition in the courts for years...your watching too many movies. So its just me posting bs? Sorry, why join TV? I should add CSI LA as my friend on Facebook instead! about extradition as a material witness in these circumstances yes....your posting BS 1

So many people/agencies being quiet! Singapore DNA testing a myth? See previous posts with that heading What is the name of the mystery Lab in Singapore?? Why are there no reports in Singapore press about it? What date were samples sent? What were the results.? Why did the police yesterday say they would be signing off on the DNA today, Are they the DNA experts? Surely the lab would sign off on that... Just another time they have supplied strange bogus facts...So arrest me... Our opinion isn't welcome here, but guess what, we're not going away.. 1

Beetlejuice Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Those who continue to ridicule the police, try to throw spanners into the works of the said investigation and make unfounded, unproven accusations against the Thai authorities, could be considered as enemies of the State, that I have no doubts will hold serious consequences for those detected. Contrary to popular belief there are no 100% ways of staying anonymous online and when the IP addresses of the trouble makers are detected, the police can obtain a court order and impose that their ISPs submit the online activities of those concerned. The people that are actively involved and making derogatory comments against the police and the Thai authorities on forums and in the social media who are staying in Thailand and following those living outside the Kingdom, such as participating in petitions and making negative statements are mugs, because they are leaving themselves vulnerable.and will be left holding the bag, for example visa extensions denied or even the possibility of arrest. The above mentioned is only common sense and whether those involved continue to carry on with this of not is at their own risk and discretion. 1
cowboy country Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 If alredy posted appogies http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/thailand/11145536/Thai-police-deny-cover-up-of-Britons-murders.html Wow, well according to that article the Police will be charging the Lawyer and the Teegraph, Then they can charge the 200,000 plus people who are following CSILA on FB... Did have a laugh at this quote from the article Prachum Ruangthong, the police chief responsible for Koh Tao, dismissed claims the confessions had been obtained through torture, the Bangkok Post reported. “It is impossible to create scapegoats in 2014, since it is easier for police to be grilled by the public,” he was quoted as saying. Hhmm, how can we stop this pesky public grilling, I know, arrest them.....Poor Thailand... High Season may have just vanished forever..

See you're wrong. You assume he fled and was allowed to leave. He was pushed to leave and given every liberty to do so as quickly as possible as he is a liability to the ENTIRE case. Extradition ? Popular Post cowboy country Posted October 7, 2014 Popular Post Posted October 7, 2014 Getting back to: Police charges for those accusing the police of using scapegoats How comes: Only ThaiVisa, Samui Times and another couple of foreigner forums carry [sorry, copy and pasted] this headlines or mention anything close to it We all know, this forums might be great for entertainment on a rainy afternoon but sure not the most reliable news source available. So please Samui Times and ThaiVisa "journalists" where are your sources, any transcripts, any links? Yes, shouldn't there have been a Police photo shot with them pointing at us telling us to shut up? 3
changnaam Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 I have just watched the Mcanna interview again, 2 things stand out: 1) when asked if "they" were responsible? ..... He paused, and answered that "they need a scapegoat" He was obviously scared for his own life, it was the best he could manage on camera. 2) when asked about his plans.... I need to get off this island, to another island, then to Bkk and airport. "They" have many friends between here and there and the next 24 hours is key to staying alive. This is not word for word, so please don't pick if I have missed words out. Did he make it out? Where did he go? Has he talked? In one of the photos in the telegraph article he seems to be trying to bring attention to his guitar.... It is blatantly covered in blood, does he want people to see this?
SteveFong Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 then, stop accusing the police of mishandling the case, and start posting the name of the speed boat driver or, were they caught and let go?

JenniferSG Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Hope he hasnt been paid ( by letting him off the island) to not say anything once he leaves If he doesnt say anything then Sean is worse than the murderers Speak up Sean Why would he subject himself to the media when it has been published all over the place that he allegedly has a child porn conviction? So he can be publicly humiliated in 3 countries now? He can share info with the family and police, and even the media, without coming out of hiding.

chooka Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Better start building a lot of prisons. This thing has gone global. The simple way to end all the speculation would be to let an external agency come in and check the DNA from the scene (already done) and that of the suspects. Get a match - end of story and a big pat on the back for those involved. Then everyone can move on especially those close to the murdered pair. Thailand and the BIB are being laughed at in Australia. 1

He has made it known he is part of a family with criminal Thai police as members and seems to be proud of it. He most probaly benefits in some way from their organised criminal endeavours. It is obvious to all that to side with the Thai police and junta, especially on this subject, is to be as vile as the criminals whom murdered, raped and mutilated (not necessarily in that order). bugjuice FYI; the state is rotten and I would much rather be an enemy of said state than an enemy of the people as you have proven yourself to be. Please all, place bugjuice and his ilk (JTJ and the parrot, etc) on ignore and deprive them of their soapboxes to spew their indefensible defense of corrupt institutions and members. Their stance is truly sickening. People are more important than 'states'. 4
