It occurs to me that a list of restaurants that are open late at night might be useful.

Obviously no need to list 7-11s but fast food chains OK.

What qualifies as "late" at night?

Not sure but I reckon starting at 11 PM on ...

About a block North of Tesco Lotus on Sukhumvit is a Thai restaurant that opens at 17:00 and stays open until 03:00. Good quality, constantly well done food reasonable prices. The street after the next light at Sukhumvit and Thepprasit Road.

Robin's Nest Soi Diana.

Either KISS restaurant, One on second road about Soi 11, the other at the north end of second road near the dolphin roundabout. I do like their shrimp fried rice, Tom Yum Kung soup and a watermelon shake. Simple and cheap. Robin's nest, Soi Diana just off soi bukhao is fine and neat and clean. The Lunch counter inside Food Land up off Pattaya Klang. Decent quality and good prices. Sometimes entertaining to watch the short order cooks do their thing.
