Tattoo removal in Chiang Mai?

Featured Replies

I have a very small, single color tattoo that has been with me since I was a silly kid, and I'd like to get it removed. I've seen plenty of beauty shops in the malls who claim to have a laser to remove it, but I'd rather hear first hand experience instead of trusting a kid with a laser that very would could be for whitening teeth. blink.png

Anyone get any ink removed here? Can PM details if you would like. Thank you.

My memory is not too brilliant these days--but, I have a feeling that I saw 'Tatoo Removal' mentioned as a service available at RAM Hospital--on the signs as you rise up the car parking ramp--along with all the other various clinic options.

Not sure if links are allowed to be added, so I won't post them --so, if you Google 'Tattoo Removal Chiang Mai'--there are a few clinics that come up--Chiang mai RAM is not one of them--so, it is possible that I was wrong.

I'd be careful of those shops in the malls. Many are owned by doctors that are never there or live in Bangkok. Who knows how well trained the technicians are.

You could ask Dr. Siri (dermatologist) what or whom he would recommend. A visit at his evening clinic would run all of 50-100 Baht for a 5 minute discussion. His address is on the pinned list above.

Dr Siri as said previously would certainly give good advice, if he didn't do it himself.

I've recently had good experience with Dr. Vachiriporn at Ram but not for what you require.

However I did note whilst waiting that the dermatological dept does many things and probably camouflaging a tattoo might be among them.

Either way I would consult someone reputable.
