Is this a get square to throw off suteps koh Samui dodgy land deals?

Seems lately there's payback going and the yellow elites are in the box seat.

If your going to investigate then clear the backlog .

A bit like trumping up murder charges against Abhisit and Suthep to try and help push through Thaksin's odious whitewash you mean?

Oh wasn't that done by Tarit, the same man who was on CREST too, and who invented a new interpretation of perjury to absolve Yingluck just after she became PM.

He's going to find out that if you're a minion, who choose to run with the fox and hound, you can get hurt. (Hopefully).

A despicable obsequious "yes" man, happy to serve any master instead of honoring the position he held.

Hope he gets all he fully deserves.

I and every else who is against the coup who dare oppose the yellow blinkered lot on here just laugh when all they have left is little schoolyard jibes .

Keep it up it just shows you got nothing left in the tank so the insecurity comes out.

Actually I find all you yellow elite coup supporters quite a source of amusement.

I have never personally abused a fellow TVF poster I just have a different of opinion .

Anyway on the legal size of things I'm sure there are many more cases that should have been heard way before Tarit and Yingluck so it just goes to show how scared they are by bumping them up the list to discredit them.

And by the way the posters that jump on threads and call Yingluck a criminal can you please advise me what she has been convicted of because I must have missed it.

She hasn't been convicted of anything AFAIK.

But her brother, two sisters and a niece have.

Perhaps she will be the "white" sheep of the family? Certainly trying her best.

" Mr Prasarn said that the former DSI chief could face charge of telling lies to the authorities in order to acquire the land illegally and charge of violating the forestry act and land distribution act."

only could... so no problem at all

So, what you're saying is that it's OK that Tarit is a crook because of the coup and Suthep dodgy land deals?

It all needs to be fair and not biased against one side. In Tarit's case he's been on both sides so I suppose it would be difficult to say there was bias in this case.

How about a charge fir abuse of power? Violating the publics trust as DSI Chief?

This man should be made an example of to all the other crooks who used their positions to engage in illegal activities. Maybe if harsh punishment is given then others will be less tempted to follow his lead.

However, bein this happened in Thailand he will probably blame someone else and get off with a slap on the wrist

Sorry, he didn't do this while he was DSI chief. He did this while he was a public prosecutor in Nakhorn Ratchasima. I agree, though, that he should be made an example. Unfortunately, if he is charged, since he surely still has a network in the public prosecutor's office, even if he is charged his trial will probably be stretched out over twenty or more years while he is free on ฿100 bail.

There do seem to be continuing investigations into land-holding, which I'm glad to see. That was one of the things that undermined respect for the junta after 2007.

Forum rule 6) You will not post comments that could be reasonably construed as defamation or libel.

Defamation is the issuance of a statement about another person or business which causes that person to suffer harm. It does not have to be false to be defamatory. Libel is when the defamatory statement is published either in a drawing, painting, cinematography, film, picture or letters made visible by any means, or any other recording instruments, recording picture or letters, or by broadcasting or spreading picture, or by propagation by any other means. Defamation is both a civil and criminal charge in Thailand.

The beaters are flushing more of the intended/potential targets out as the circle tightens and the escape paths are being closed. It may become quite a show when the blockers catch sight of the game who are running from the beaters and the hunters.

There is bound to be some accidents when you have this many targets moving around in proxmity to several dozens of sportsmen wanting to have a shot at a trophy. I never head of weasels being trophies, but they are known chicken thieves so shoot or sic the dogs on for the kill. There is bigger game out there that needs flushed out, just be patient and keep the trail hounds close.

Sorry Baer I list you there I referred to suteps dodgy land deals in koh Samui .

Whether he is guilty or not I don't know but why is he and others dropped down list of court cases?

I think we all know why.

Not really sure that any country sticks to some kind of strict chronological order in processing legal cases. Most legal systems seem to have some fast tracking and political interference can usually speed things up when and if required.

In Tarit's case, he became a source of ridicule for his total concentration on using his and his department's resources to attack opponents of the Shins, issue law suits like confetti and seemingly make rules up as he went along.

I don't know his full background, but unless he's got some good "insurances" saved up, he could be a sacrificial lamb.

Boy we know it's about tarit the point I am making is why now is he bumped up the list ahead of people like sutep?

There are plenty of more case on their books they should have been prosecuted years ago but the remain stagnant will they go after the PTP which is clearly bias.

Are you suggesting that all cases should be completed before any new cases are started?

Actually "we all" really don't know why.

Can you please explain in simple English what "we all" ought to know.

After all you have admitted that you don't even know if he is innocent or guilty so why does it matter so much to you?
