Have an existing home with one section two story the two story section has nothing underneath so just wanting a concrete slab approximately 4m x 4m rendered block walls only need block walls on 3 sides of the slab as it's joining into the rest of the home on the 4th side

One door and two windows

That's all no tiling no painting as I will do that myself

Am a carpenter back home in australia but here have no tools and no idea of organising haha but am happy to paint and tile myself

Any help would be good

I have a guy but he only works in the JoHo area of Korat. Where is your house?

Too far for him to travel as he is busy in JoHo and likes to keep his jobs in the area as he has multiple jobs going at the same time. If you have a Thai wife maybe she can ask around and see if someone in your neighborhood has a good builder. That is how we found our guy. Good luck.

You could talk to the guy at the Ketwong Garden resort. He has built it himself and has a good command of english. SW part of town near the petrafied tree museam(no spell check?). He does wonders with polished concrete.
