Condo Karnkanok 5 Baan Suan Greenery Hill. Reviews?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have been doing some research, all online though as I am not in Chiang Mai until early December. I have taken a liking to Condo Karnkanok 5 Baan Suan Greenery Hill, seems to be a quality building, near the mountains and parks but also close to the city.

I am just wondering if anyone has lived or currently living there and could offer any reviews on the condo and area itself. Is it well managed? Quiet? Good location? Any issues? Any info would be much appreciated,

I just did a google map and street view: https://www.google.co.th/maps/place/300+Chang+Phuak/@18.823093,98.961455,3a,75y,348.07h,82.14t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1s-r9seK5R28-SkbzZzxnaVQ!2e0!4m2!3m1!1s0x30da3a53d8ccce07:0xc9bf4ec159dc0cbb

Looks like a nice quiet area, wonder if there is much around in terms of food markets in walking distance. I love being able to go for a stroll for some delicious thai food in the mornings. I would think there would have to be as there are a few condos in the area so someone should jump at opportunity to cook around there.

Bumping this thread in the hope of some resident or ex resident seeing it and giving their thoughts on Karnkanok 5.

Cheers

Hey.

Did you get a response to your question above somewhere else or are you still waiting for that?

I just moved into Baan Suan Greenery Hill.. and really like the place.

Let me know if you need more info and tell me, what info that might be (8 months after your initial post).

Regards,
Jess
