Don't they have it every 2 years, alternating with CMU?

They used to but then they didn't have it for 3 years until last year. They only had a little walking street market (terrible) with people selling mostly junk food. Don't think they had the CMU Fair either. They used to begin plastering billboards all over Sansai and Mae Jo in October, but haven't seen any so far.
