Does anyone knows where to get this?

I'm looking for exact sort of stuff stallholders use to keep the rain off. Places you would expect to find it, like Home Pro, don't seem to have it. You'd think this was such a common item that you would find it everywhere, but so far I haven't seen it...

Any ideas?

You might try Global House or Hardware House. They are typically much bigger than the Home Pro/Works stores and tend to focus more on tools and construction equipment.

My local builder's yard has rolls of it.

You can also try the neighbourhood's mom & pop hardware store, usually they have polyethylene rolls.
