I have only used it twice.

Was very fast.

Registering is easy.

I've never used it but...after you clear departing Immigration/Security, there is an information booth on the walkway down into the main passenger concourse. There you give them all your personal details, and they give you a code. I think it is good for 1 hour.

Fast? you cant be use to good net.....its respectable, good enough to kill an hour or so while your waiting for you plane, ive used it many times.

I had up to 10 MBit/s measured at the interface (netspeedmeter).

Sitting near a domestic gate.

That is fast enough for me.

Not any more. You have to register online now and after half an hour I gave up in October. Much easier when they gave you password etc from Info booth

Same with me in August. Kept me busy for 20 minutes while waiting though. These days I just buy a month's worth of internet for ฿250.- when I am travelling. Most of the hotels in my price range have dodgy wifi strengths.

Took me some minutes to get registered.

Then got two emais.

What if I were using a smart phone on which I did not have e-mail set up? Is there an option to have the confirmation/log-on info messages sent by SMS?

Once you hit the confirmation page, there is a button to connect, and it automatically enters your new logon details for you

So make sure you don't close that page before connecting.

No need to have email set up in this case.
