Always18
Forgive me if I missed some vital clues here, but just why the Hell do the police believe that this is a "road rage' killing? In the absence of any real evidence they seem to feel the need to fill the void with the first nonsense that comes into their heads...................I can think of dozens of possible motives for what appears to have been a calmly carried out execution, but I suppose "road rage" is the easy way out for this bunch of useless idiots.

Popular Post cekipa
All you denigrating Thailand, due to some crazy, stupid people, look at your own country, murders happen, Or do you come from a country without murders... Christians can teach, a thing, never heard anything so pathetic............... Probably, some comments have to do with higher expectations due to the long running portray of Thailand as Land of Smiles which does not apply to any western country. Start to call it properly 'The Land of Fake Smiles' and everything else will fall into place.

BKKBrit
Lots of people around....two motorcyclists behind the perp...driver in the pick-up truck next to the perp. I often wonder why in scenes like this people don't do anything and ask myself if I was there what I would do to stop the perp in his tracks. Having never been in a situation like that (thankfully) I guess I would be gob-smacked and too shocked to do anything...as they seem to be, also. I feel so much for the victim's son who had to watch his father being gunned down like that. Poor kid.

Nepsydaz
The gun made him a man for a second. Now he's been hiding like a girl. Such a Sexist comment. Hiding like a GIRL? Really? surprisingly the comment is "POPULAR" The news and the comment both are sad. (NO! NOT COMPARING these two)

Felt 35
Any reason that this was road rage and not, for example, a paid hit? Looked very calm and professional to me. As they say here, a business conflict in an unpaid debt? Some other news channels say they was racing each other on the motorbikes before this tragically murder took place! Emster23
Said it before, say it again: Education here needs to include conflict resolution. If I may generalize, there don't seem to be intermediate steps between calm and full on mayhem. They stuff it down until it explodes. They should teach this in school and also work into Thai soaps. There are ways to resolve without losing all important face.

monk213
What a country! Peaceful loving people. Happens pretty much everywhere in the deveolping world and also in parts of the deveolped world. There was someone in England who stabbed a teenager to death in front of his girlfriend due to road rage. Humans gunna human

Popular Post rtco
People said I was mad to leave ... I beg to differ. No country is perfect but I feel much safer where I am because there are too many ignorant people walking around with loaded guns. What a wonderful society - kids stabbing each other over university rivalry (and they are the educated ones), families murdering their own for land and money, police officers drinking off duty and murdering friends over childish arguments, tourists raped and murdered with little or no real investigation to catch the perps. No I wasn't mad to leave but certainly those expats who remain could do with their heads examining. I am an Expat and I will remain here. This is no different than what goes on in other Countries ... drive by shootings, school killings to name but two. I have been here 3 years and have never ever experienced an incident such as this although I know they happen because of all the media interest. At the end of the day you live where you live and you integrate with people and try to become part of the community. The majority of Thai's are just like people in any other country who live there lives free from this sort of thing. Get things into perspective.

EnglishJohn
The deceased asked his son to step away and then was shot in the face by some a-hole over what? What the heck is the deal over here? Some of these people kill others without even a second thought. Without even thinking about witnesses. It is truly frightening to live in this country and not have a sidearm. Clutch Yeah, more guns - that'll do it. That's like saying more cars will lead to less traffic. ... and your argument is that Thailand is safer if only the bad guys can have guns. I bet that guy's son does not agree.
harleyclarkey
The murderers calm demeanor would seem to show he has done this before. The sooner this sub human is off the streets the better for Phuket. Imagine...he is still out there with his gun and his mad bad brain.
