Hotel / Boutique Guest House Recommendation

I would appreciate any personal recommendations for the above.

Must have easy Seelor or tuk tuk access and not too far from the KSK area

Decent TV, good WiFi are main requirements, breakfast a plus... budget 1,000 baht - 1,500 baht.

From appx Dec 16th - 22nd

Any suggestions based on personal experience greatly appreciated.

Across the road from ksk is The Dome. Generally prices started around 600bt but high season obviously higher.

I stayed with the wife for three months when i first came here.

I was lucky enough to have one on the front with long balcony.

Monthly rate was 10k.

On same soi at the end is thr Sakulchai renovated recently that was always popular and quite discreet.

furama hotel, directly behind hillside 4, lge rooms

around the top end of your price range,but falls in with your requests,(not quite sure about wi fi) plus a nice swimming pool etc etc

on the top floor nice resturant,with great live music,and super views

stayed their a number of times,from around 2008
