Ban Pakkad Crossing To Cambodia

If anyone has uised this crossing to Pailin (also known as Pong Nam Ron crossing) recently, wish to know if multi=week parking could be available either in Khlong Yai or Pong Nam Ron.

Heading there next week and wanted to take a 1 week side-trip to Pailin and Battambang but would prefer to leave the vehicle in Thailand.

There is a "long-stay" car park at the border. It is on the Thai side for casino clients. Many of the cars there have been there quite some time. There are security guards on the gate. The fee is 20 B but I don't know what they would charge for a week. It would be best to clear it first.

It is on the right around 100 metres before the border. Look for the barrier and a parking sign (which may be in Thai, can't remember).
