4evermaat Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 (edited) I think as mentioned in the OP, Penang or other consulate would have been a better option for non-o single or multiple based on Retirement. Savannakhet seems to be better suited for marriage/legalized father only or tourist visas in some cases. Part of minimizing the dramas witnessed here is to pick the consulate best suited for the category visa.
