Certificate of Residence at Promenada

Is this issued in English or in Thai? I need proof of residential address for the British Embassy for a new passport.

But what you need for the embassy is not the cert from immigration but the same docs that immigration would require such as a lease agreement.

Thanks both. Yes, I guess they need a lease agreement, but it's in Thai - where would I get an authenticated translation?
