I asked a lawyer he said

yes can do ask for money in a divorce if can prove it.

yes can lock him in jail if he comes to your house or visit your work

yes can lock him if he stays with your child in your house

Unless you walk in on the act............you have no proof, unless they both admit it...........doubtful.
