Simple plastic chair - Where in Bangkok?

I was hoping to seek your assistance.

In order to overcome a handicap situation I'll be needing to buy a simple inexpensive plastic chair similar to the one attached to this post.

It needn't have sides and will be used when showering.

Where can one buy such a chair in Bangkok?

Preferably somewhere handy to the Sukhumvit BTS Line as our hotel will be in the vicinity of Asoke.

Many thanks.

Any hardware or supermarket type store will have. Tesco/Lotus, Big C, HomePro or at higher price department stores or at lower price any market. They are for sale almost everywhere and if for use in hotel expect they would provide if asked.

Normal handicapped chairs can also be obtained at many drug stores and HomePro type places. And are much stronger.

Thanks all.

I'll google the location of the Tesco & Big C stores and head for one which is closest.

Do they have an early closing time during the week?

PS: Lotus have Hypermarket, Supermarket, Extra, Express, & Compact Hyper. Which wouldn't have the chairs?

Note that standard plastic chairs sold in Tesco/BigC/Makro are usually rated at 80 Kg. Usually printed on the stick on label, often not on the shops price/description tag.

Have seen 100Kg rated ones at Makro, a little more expensive.

+1 for lopburi3 suggestion for specific disability chair.

Not suggesting the 80Kg limit applies to anyone in particular but if mobility is a problem a person may drop the last few inches on a chair increasing the load.

Thanks T D.

This is a throw away for use at hotel with no bathtub for three nights.

No need for the disability chair expense.

All users will be under 65kg.

Already checked.

Hotel cannot assist.

Check in around 5.00pm.

Need a chair soon after, otherwise difficult bathing that night and next morning.

This is why I'm planning ahead to ensure a smooth Bangkok stopover.

Most hotel housekeeping staff can and would help, in anything but the cheapest accommodation I believe (and often times there), as they are likely to have easy access to such chairs. Official requests to front office type are often not the best path for such items.

As for weight indeed the chairs are often not very strong in the style of photo - but you can use two together (they stack) and that makes them much more secure.

Tesco supermarket, extra or hypermarket would have - and maybe compact hyper (have never seen). Express would not as 7/11 type shops and mostly food.
