Where do they draw the line between "expressing an opinion" and defamation? Could I "express my opinion" by saying "He's corrupt and he* murdered that person"? It's not defamation. It's just my opinion. (* "he" = generic person, not Jatuporn) The difference would be some one saying (" I think he did") as opposed to "he did" that would stating an apparent fact.
