where to buy high-quality loose tea

Can anyone recommend a shop that sells fine-quality black teas, like high-grade Earl Grey? (I mean loose tea to make yourself.)

Stay with black tea. If you carry loose green tea back to Sukhumvit you might have a problem.

Some of their locations are primarily for having a cuppa, but I've bought great loose tea (Assam, Darjeeling, Ceylon and an African blend) at their shops in Paragon and Central world.

I am looking for a source of good oolong tea. The stuff i buy in the supermarket (big c) is often damaged and turned to powder. I did get some good oolong tea in JJ supermarket. So i might go there again.

I found some nice Oolong months ago at Villa (in Pattaya) and since then it's been out of stock. Also found some at Big C Extra and that too has disappeared from the shelves.
