90 day reporting

Featured Replies

I have to report on January 23rd, but will leave for Canada on January 29th.

I know there is a 7 day grace period.

Will I be ok?

Thanks in advance Ubonjoe

Nope you have to report, because you where 90 days in Thailand.

Only if you would leave on the 22nd you wouldn't have to report.

You will still have to report.

Window 15 days before and 7 days after.

It does not give you an excuse not to report.

The 7 days is only for doing the report. You have to do the report before you leave. You can do it up to 15 days early.

We forgot to report 2 days before I left last October. We'll see how it goes upon our return. Threw away the reporting forms at the back of our passports and will hope for the best. Worst case we cop a 2000 baht fine each (my wife and I).
