Do you know where the curtain shops buy their fabric ? I only know the Indian Pakistan Nepalese shop near Tukcom Pattaya and Prahurat market in Bangkok, but I guess that all the curtain makers know other places to source fabric around Pattaya ? Or they all go to Bkk to buy it ?

And do you know any really cheap shop to make curtains ? They all are overpriced because we need too many curtains for a new office.

There are quite a few curtain shops along Thepprasit. I have no idea how cheap or expensive they might be.

Cheap is when we know exactly what we pay for: buy the fabric by meter and then pay for the work to make the curtains.
