Chao Phraya bicycle lane

It was recently reported in various newspapers, that the government has allocated a 30 billion baht budget for a cycle way alongside the river. Try as I might, I cannot find any plans or drawings of the proposed route, and I would be grateful if someone could tell me where they can be located; if, indeed, they even exist!

I know what you mean, but I am being somewhat optimistic about their existence, as it appears that the cycle route will run through my living room! Probably just another load of hot air from the powers that be. I hope so anyway.

I have just gleaned information about the proposed route from the reports in newspapers, internet, etc.. They are saying that they want landowners to "gift" them land along the riverside to build whatever it is they have in mind. As my home is right next to the river, and nobody has contacted me yet, I thought I would throw the question out there, just in case someone knows something/anything about the structure they have in mind.
