Just drive around till you see a place selling blue and orange plastic crap of all sorts. Buy yourself a blue, or orange, plastic boat. Fill it with water and there you go. You can also bring it to the beach and go for a little row. Or fill it with soil and plant a banana tree. Or use it to throw your one baht coins into. Or use it as a giant beer tub. Or as an ashtray. Or you can throw a mat in it and sleep in it. Put it in a tree and use it as your clubhouse. Up to you!

Have you tried looking in department stores or at the mall? There may be also online shops that sell these kinds of inflatable pools but it's better if you see them on actual so you can test its quality.
