Building a web site for a stationary , forms company

Featured Replies

I am just starting to explore to have a web page made for a company my wife owns it is a small company she sells office supplies namely printing .

The site would not consist of ordering on line it would just be a web site showing our products like envelopes , computer paper etc etc

What should the cost be around , I know this is not much to go on now .

To give you an idea of what I am looking for you can go to nebsbusinessforms and it gives an idea of what I will be looking for but like I said no ordering or money transaction on line just showing products .

Thanks in advance

One important word of advice...

Make sure you register and control the domain name yourself.

The domain name is www.my-domain-name.com, this can cost as little as 500 baht per year.

The domain name and hosting are seperate services.

You can buy this from a company like www.godaddy.com

Otherwise you can be held to ransom by your website developer, be scammed in the future or forced to endure poor service forever.

Something else to consider: when content has to be changed (remove or add something, change a price or picture, etc) learn how to do this yourself so, as mentioned in the above post, you are not beholden to someone else.

wix.com - free, or very low cost if you want to remove branding. Very easy to use DIY site builder.
