Good Dentist in Udon Thani

I looking for a good Dentist in or around Udon Thani. Would like a well trained (possible US trained) to replace a gold crown and possible extraction of a very loose tooth. Any assistance is very much appreciated.

Udom Clinic on the Srisuk road near the prison, 'phone number 042 221120. The lady there graduated from a U.S. dental college and has given me good service over the last couple of years.
