I want to sell my car and my ex wife sent me this papers to sign, but i don't want her to trick me.

I just want to agree to sell my car in benefit of my ex wife.

PDF 1 seems legit

PDF 3 is a power of attorney form allowing somebody to do this on your behalf.

but this site http://isaan.com/how-to-cross-your-car-from-thailand-to-laos/ implies the same form is used for taking a car from Thailand to Laos but it may be a generalized form and the purpose for POA may have to be written on it..

You just want to sell the car and have your wife act for you.

The first doc. is a form giving your wife the power to act on your behalf in official matters. It could be specific to selling cars but doesn't say so.

Instructions for how this form should be treated are contained in doc 4 and as you would expect the form is not signed before details have been entered, plus two witnesses of signatures are required. The givers and receivers ID is required, the receivers ID details are additionally recorded in a little box at left bottom. TIT: probably to save trouble you could safely sign it and the recipient entered over your signature would probably be your wife but if not, hopefully someone you approved of. Technically the form would be invalid if the conditions of its completion were to be revealed.

Other docs are to verify the provenance of the car and to transfer ownership.

These docs are simply to make it possible for someone to sell the car on your behalf.

As with any other transaction there is nothing that can protect the money received If it is not placed in your hand.
