A friend of my wife has called British Embassy Bangkok, to renew passports to her six years old daughter. She has asked me for help with this.

She was told that she had to book an appointment online, but I find no place where one can make an appointment online?

Anybody have a link that might help?

The passport renewals are no longer done at the embassy.

That's correct, passports haven't been renewed at the Embassy for years, you now submit the application at the Visa Application Centre on Sukhumvit 13 in Bangkok.

You don't make an appointment online as such but you’ll need to book an appointment by email. [email protected];

Include your first name and last name and 3 alternative dates and times. You will receive an email confirming your appointment.

Yes! As in post #2, make an appointment by e-mail with three alternative dates and times.

I found the service to be absolutely helpful and first class.
