January 26, 201511 yr You cant pay in cash it has to be done online with a credit or debit card, the transaction is actually processed in the UK. There are reports that people have been able to use the cards of friends and relatives. January 28, 201511 yr I don't use credit ot debit cards, does anyone knoe for sure that I can... use my father's card? I can affirm that the British Government doesn't give an iota whose credit/debit card is used to settle their various fees.
