Windows Live Movie Maker

Featured Replies

I used to successfully join videos together on Windows Live Movie Maker to make longer videos. I was then persuaded to switch to the more up to date Movie Maker which when I downloaded, removed the original Windows Live Movie Maker from my system. Now when merging videos together all I get is the sound with a black screen for the whole video.

I am using Windows 7 on an HP laptop.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem or allow me to revert to my original Windows Live Movie Maker

This is best in the computers sub forum (mods?) - But to me it sounds like you do not have the correct codec installed. Google k-lite codec pack.

Moved to internet forum.

Sorry I can't help with the Windows thing .

However if you want to join movie clips..... plus a lot more other things like cut/paste and format conversions,

then try this ... I've used it free for ages and found it easy to use.

If you don't want to d/load from cnet just google Bigasoft

have fun
