The helmet shop opposite of Suriwong Book Center at Sridonchai Rd. keeps 3 or 4 different sets on stock. After comparing test reports I bought the SCOYCO H-11/K-11 set (http://de.aliexpress.com/item/-/1984630256.html?recommendVersion=2) for 1'000 THB.

Fits well, even in rough off-road use it doesn't slip down. Can't say anything about its crash behaviour (yet) but for sure better than skin only ...

I'll take a look tomorrow, thanks.

There is a moto cross shop next to Riders Corner on the northeast corner of the moat that sells inexpensive pad sets for 1000-1500 THB. After a dozen impacts or so I am happy to report that these do their job quite OK, although they are probably not the most comfortable to wear.

Cheers, CM-Expat
