Looking for 255/45 17" truck tyres - new or 2nd hand - where?

I am trying to find 255/45 17" truck tyres - new or good condition 2nd hand.

The vehicle in question gets very little mileage, so would like to ask you where to get cheap ones?

Some 2nd hand tyres shops might have these, but they are an uncommon size, and it's hard to find good quality anyway. Any recommendations?

I see used and part worns for sale on CM-Club all the time.. Unsure thats a saving I would want to make.

Couldn't find online any price information from the manufactures (which is a big problem compared to the West, where all prices are online)
