Hi my brother recently passed away in Thailand and having left no will we are going thru the process of sorting it out thru the courts. He has a car that the family need to use while we sort his estate out and the car tax has run out and we need to renew it can anybody tax the car or will it be a problem for us?

You will need the blue book of ownership, you will also need to bring the insurance certificate, you dont say how old the car is, if more than 7 years you will need the inspection certificate.
