Buying ticket on site (DMK-CNX)

Featured Replies

Hello,

I was thinking to buy my ticket to Chiang Mai directly at the airport.

Will the ticket price be much more expensive than online ?

Do any airline offer "last minute tickets" deals ?

Thank you !

Speaking from experience, i have looked on line for the times with which every Airline i want to use, then just turn up and buy my ticket.

Thanks for the answer ! I just came back from my trip.

Before I left, I watched the prices online for a few days and noticed that the prices would go up from 300 to 400 baths the day of the flight (compare to the prices if you book at least 1 day before). So I still decided to book it one day before I the flight.

The point would have been to not worry about what time I get to the airport through public transport and maybe save money if there was last minutes deal or something.

I still can't tell if the prices are the same at the counter as online.

I have just one example where the online price was NOT available at the ticket counter.

It was with Thaismile.

There was a special (PROMOTION) of 999 Baht from Khon Kaen to Bangkok.

I couldn't buy online at this time and hoped to get the price at the airport.

No way.

So i paid 1200 or so.
