Could anyone recommend affordable pet-friendly place to live in Bangkok?

I'm going to move from Chiang Mai with my Shiba Inu puppy and have no idea where to stay.

Near BTS or near center place where possible to ride bike may be?

d65 condo in sukhumvit soi 65 allow pets around 15k the asean tower soi pridi 16 in sukhumvit soi 71 allows pets 4-5 k a month. those are 2 near bts stations
