Thai MXGP site wrong GPS and directions

Featured Replies

Head up anyone going tomorrow

the official site gives completely wrong GPS co-ordinates

and the written description is wrong too.

proper gps

13,912252. 100,167731.

Moved to bad location, crap track, wrong directions.......lame lame lame.

The coordinates on the site are for the entrance to Thailand Circuit and your coordinates are in the middle of Thailand Circuit.

Where is the problem?

Unless they have improved the entrance road you will need an MX bike just to get into the circuit

Good that its improved. It's been about 3-4 years since I was last there.. Then it was just a dirt road.

It's OK from the south. Very bad coming in from the North. Huge potholes, I scraped the bottom of the car at one point. It's being fixed though, lots of trucks and workers there yesterday which is why they were directing traffic other routes at the exit.

As for directions, the track is clearly visible on Google Earth so it should be easy to work out how to get there.
