Visa-free visit to Indonesia for 30 more countries

It's recently been reported in the press that Indonesia is adding another 30 countries to the list of countries of which the citizens can visit visa-free. This is apparently going to be implemented from some time next month.

Has anybody seen a list of the countries concerned?

And does anybody know the date from which it will take effect?
