I just moved to another condo. I have the 3bb package 15/1Mb. Download speed is ok, but upload is only about 0.45 Mb. Sometimes even only lower. In my old condo it was between 0.9 and 1.0Mb. 3bb works on it. The signal is strong. What could be the reason? I guess there is nothing i could do on my side, since nothing has changed on my configuration.

How do you test your upload speed? Speedtest.net?

Ask them to change your dslam card. In my village they use old ones that can't give upload speed higher than 512kbits.

I recall having that problem once, and there was actually something the customer service person did on the phone to authorize a higher speed on my account (after I rebooted the modem) as apparently it had been incorrectly configured in their system. If a technician comes out tomorrow, you should be fine.

The technician just called me and asked me to restart my modem. Now, the upload speed is between 0.9 and 0.99Mb. That's fine. Download around 13.5 - 14.9. It's slightly slower compare to the old condo. But i'm fine with that. I don't know what they did change...however, it works well.

By the way, imho the service of 3bb has lately improved. They at least call back when i contact them in Bangkok. In the past, it was wasting of time to call their hotline. lol

I wish i could have FTTx in my condo. But it's only available for houses. I'm since many years customer from 3bb and until now, i paid in total Baht 70035.05.
