lvr181
The poorly constructed beach promenade stood no chance against the heavy rainstorm Admitting that. A first. The media said that - the administration would never admit to that Although just about everyone else knew of the "poor" construction. Mai pen rai. ggt
Was sitting at a bar on Pattaya beach road when a flash flood occurred...in a matter of moments a manhole cover in the middle of the road was washed away exposing a large and dangerous hole...the volume of water soon completely covered the street and the hole...vehicles where bouncing in and out of that hole...being thrown around...out of control...until a barricade was setup... A side note...the river of water flowing down Pattaya road...appeared to be cleaning up all the trash from the sois...it was a river of sludge...a mixture of mud, water, and trash...hated having to walk in it after leaving the bar...
