In May 2013, DTAC gave me the link http://www.dtac.co.th/en/prepaid/services/004happy.html for prepaid, but this link no longer works.
Griffo63
Why don't you just try 004 -0 it'll only cost you 5-7 baht if it works and then you'll know either way for sure
lordblackader
Get on Wifi and use Skype Out. Better quality any day than even the 004 on DTAC, which in my experience calling Australian is next to near unusable.

Commogwinto
You could also try CAT Phonecard, available at CAT offices, can get top-up at 7-11/FMart, I think 200 and 500 baht, much the same as Tookdee prices I believe, first card is valid for one year, any not used/top up by then is forfeited. LLamaBKK
Forget tookdee for now - it used to be good, but today it was 9.6b per minute to call uk (USA 1.08 b). They only charge a higher rate for Nigeria!

I don't use my samsung /dtac much but my top ups seem to be swallowed within 24 hours. They can produce a log and give a balance efficiently, can they not give a breakdown of where the money has gone?? Sorry for picking on you but you seem to know what is going on. Do you have a smartphone which allows internet access/mobile data? The most frequent reason for dwindling credit is the use of mobile data. If this happens without a "data plan" it can cost like 1 Baht/min. This can happen without you being aware/active by apps(software) on your phone. Cure: switch off mobile data (some setting in your phone).
