Where to buy water in Ubon to fill tank, well is dry

We have a shallow bore well that ran dry last week, municipal water is dragging their feet to hook us up to city water and there's no rain forecast for at least a week.

Any idea who to contact to get a water truck to come to the house and fill the tanks?

We buy from the fire station--in Udon GG, many other places do sell, but their water is the cleanest, as they don't take it from some ditch /lake.
