Not sure about plastic ones , but you might be able to buy one at the places that look like they make their own metal industrial kitchen stuff. There is a big one further down the sukhumvit I think on the junction of Suk and Rama 4.

You maybe able to get a plastic type one in Verasu in Mega Bang Na.

Have you checked the usual suspects (hiso shops) like Robinson, look around Siam square?

Sure such things are available in Thailand.

Maybe print a picture of what type of model you look for.
