Does anyone know what is in store for the Icon Square building? Given the oversupply of retail space in the various computer malls and the value of the site it's hard to imagine why they would simply refurbish it.

There used to be a large sketch posted out in front of what the building is going to look like when completed - including a large multistory parking lot.

Coming past it this arvo it looks like Amorn have taken over the whole place.

Sign is up....across the full 30m facade.

Looks like they want to be as stand out as that purple place power buy which is also just about to open
