PATTAYA: -- A 24 year old man, who resides in Bangkok, and is currently wanted on an arrest warrant relating to a case of murder from 20th April, gave himself up at Pattaya Police Station on Sunday and claimed he was innocent.

Khun Chairat, was accompanied by his Father, and is wanted on arrest warrant number 209/2558 dated 30th April and issued by the Pattaya Provincial Court.

The fatal shooting of Khun Suwijack aged 27, took place in Soi Burana in North Pattaya, in front of a popular Karaoke Bar. There were witnesses who placed the suspect at the scene and confirmed it was him that killed the victim.

Despite this, Khun Chairat claimed he did not shoot Khun Suwijack, following an earlier altercation at the Differ Pub where the victim is alleged to have made a number of unwanted advances towards Khun Chairat’s girlfriend.
