Allegations of Police inaction over East Pattaya Land Dispute case

PATTAYA: -- On Monday we met a family who would like us to highlight a case of suspected inaction by local Police over harassment and intimidation allegations from another family member who wants his sister to sign over a piece of land to him.

We met with Khun Lomsuk aged 60 and her two sons, Khun Somshai aged 26 and Khun Suchart aged 29 who have all made Police Reports at Nongprue Police Station regarding incidents of intimidation and harassment which are thought to have been arranged by Khun Lomsuk’s younger Brother, Khun Sumroy aged 50, who wants his sister to sign over a piece of land to him.

Khun Lomsuk refuses to sign-over the land and for the last 6 months he is believed to have used the underhanded tactics to try and scare and intimidate her into signing the papers.
