I've been looking around the local stalls and shops but haven't been able to find or locate this. Any ideas?

an iced version.

Not too sweet.

Cup of coffee.

whistling.gif in Bangkok.....maybe at a real Vietnamese restaurant

Served like they do in Ho Chi Minh City

Ground black coffee beans on filter paper in a cup with the ground beans in attached to the top of your coffee cup.

A glass of hot water, but no ice, to pour over the grounds.

Served with a small glass of condensed milk and a sugar syrup to mix into the coffee yourself.

If you ask they may give you a couple of ice cubes on a small plate to drop into your coffee once the hot coffee is ready to drink.

Just as they serve it at the ferry terminal for the hydrofoil ferry to Vung Tau from Ho Chi Minh.

Been there.
