Growing Lime Trees

Featured Replies

Thinking of growing a few trees. Does anyone have any experience in growing them and/or know where to buy them in the li, lampun area?

get the seedless ones and feed them pig shit, they will thrive

Kham Thiam Market near the Super highway Tesco. Many varieties but the best arre the small lemons (called that here - are limes).

I hear ya,... they are sometimes expensive, for 30 baht I can get a kilo and a half of mango or 6 manaow... i used to grow 'Tahitian' limes ...I miss that tree. they also like used coffee grounds spread around as ferts.

actually no, don't give them any fertilizer chemical or natural for at least the first 6 months. Their roots are very sensitive and can easily get burnt out.
