5. Fee is 1500 Baht? Yes/No

6. Receive passport back within the next official working day at 14:00 hours? Yes/No

Does my company need to fax the letter one day in advance of estimated arrival at Thai consulate in Pnom Penh? Or there is no need?

Can anyone please provide info on travel and accomodations? Preferably guest houses (I'll bring my insect repellant and first aid kit). How much for airfare back & forth and which airline?

6. Receive passport back within the next official working day at 14:00 hours? No, it will take longer, a small tip can speed it up to two working days.
