Mine the battery keeps showing on the screen then shuts down won't boot plugged in .Anyone know a good place to have it fixed?

did you try rebooting the firm ware if it can get that far on boot up?

did you power it on with the charger connected ( and is the charger and cable is working ) ?

Try the Samsung Service Centre. On the moat, halfway between Huay Keaw and Chang Puak Gate on the left.

Fixed thanks to You Tube and a kitchen knife ...

try another usb charger.. sounds very much like that one has given up the ghost, and the device is below the boot power threshold.. it shows you the battery icon as a display of this error, but as the charger isnt charging it, it then fails to boot.

USB chargers are largely compatible.

If you go to the Samsung Centre take a book to read. Eventually they accept your kit for an estimate, then take another book when you return to be told the service cost is about what you would pay to replace it.

My experience and that of others I have spoken with.

I wont buy Samsung now.

bent plug or socket then?
