May 25, 201510 yr May Bank Kim Eng........in the strip mall behind the golf driving range, across from Airport Plaza. I was told 150,000 thb was preferred minimum, but that was before the merger. It was formerly just Kim-Eng. There is also a brand new place on the North side of the moat, near Nana Screw.
