Getting g back to Topic. Taylor Swift’s endorsement is a huge win for Harris. Swift has millions of followers in the young age group of voters that Democrats need to onboard to win the election too , a demography that doesn’t show up in most polls and therefore a wildcard. That Swift also brings her feminist reputation to the fight precisely when Republicans are actively undermining women’s rights is a double bonus. It’s huge. -

The most striking aspect to me in this story is how poorly paid is the British Prime Minister at about £ 170,000 pa.It in my view should be at least three times that amount.The Singapore PM gets six times that amount.There is no real private sector equivalent but an industry leader would get £ 1.5 -2 million p.a.If you wan t the best people they need to be paid well - it's an incredibly demanding job. -

Same for Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, WW11 etc etc. The UN may be referring to total numbers of civilians affected including displacement etc, but still do not make a logical case. -

Ordeal by Innocence--- crime thriller set in the 1950s-- 3 episodes all on PB & prob other places They seem to be re-releasing a lot of programs ---(especially the BBC ) this one is from 2018 Got Bill Nighy in it--who I like acting. so if you haven't seen it. Christmas 1954. Wealthy philanthropist Rachel Argyll is murdered at her family estate Sunny Point. Her adopted son Jack Argyll is arrested for her murder. He vehemently protests his innocence. -

High BP, revisited.
Regular exercise will help control BP. I have morning and afternoon routines I follow every day. I do have a bit of pharmaceutical assistance, 25 mg of Losartan, 1.25 mg Concor ( beta blocker ) . That is about minimum dose. My BP is averaging 115/60, my heart rate is 55 bpm. As others have said, see a cardiologist.
